SimetriA is the newest addition to Smart Property Fund’s residential portfolio in Sofia. Once complete, the project will comprise 4 buildings that will be closed together to form a gated community and will boast a park area of 8,700 sq. m., complete with sports areas, an outdoor gym, a running alley, children’s playgrounds, a dog park and lots of trees.
